As we announced in 2024, we’re adding new self-service workflows in Producer Center to optimize our commissions payment processes and reporting functionality.
Our new, enhanced systems will integrate industry-leading technology and give you and your staff more control to initiate and actively manage your business with us, access enhanced reporting and easily track your commissions payments.
As we approach the launch date, we are taking every precaution to minimize potential disruptions. However, we are temporarily pausing appointment and onboarding functions from April 25 through launch, which is scheduled for mid-July. During this time, we will still pay commissions and provide reporting, but we won’t onboard any new agents or process new account appointments. In addition, we’re delaying the release of our annual Medicare Advantage certification process to mid-July.
We’ll process any new onboarding or appointment requests submitted after April 25 on or after the mid-July system launch date. We will provide additional information as the launch date approaches, as well as comprehensive training so you can immediately begin using the new system.
