August update
In mid-September, we will launch new features and functionality in a new Producer Center menu called “Additional Tools.” We are excited to bring you and your team self-service tools that will streamline how you manage your business with Regence.
IMPORTANT: On launch date, all registered producers will receive a registration email from SAP (IAS@notifications.sap.com), our technology partner, with the subject line “ACTION REQUIRED: Activate Your Producer Center Account.” You will need to use the link in the email to establish or update your Producer Center password – even if you have an existing password.
If you’ve never used Producer Center, we have created an account for you. All you will need to do is click the link in the email from SAP to activate access and set up a password.
If you haven’t already signed up for the Sept. 11 Momentum webinar on the new system, it’s not too late! Register here.
Important facts about the new system to keep in mind:
Even if you already have a Producer Center log in, you will need to reestablish your account using the link that will be in the SAP email. We will send two reminder emails before the SAP email is sent. Be sure to add IAS@notifications.sap.com to your “safe senders” list to make sure the email doesn’t automatically get routed to your junk mail folder.
To further enhance security, MFA will be required later this year. We will give producers ample time to establish their preferred MFA functionality.
This gives you and your team more control over how you manage your business with Regence. Producers will be able to access their statements for commissions and bonuses/incentives through the new functionality. We will discontinue emailing statements.
June update
June 23 marks the beginning of the 12-week blackout period for agent appointment and onboarding in Producer Center. We anticipate access to the new functionality will launch in mid-September 2025. We will send notice to you once the new system is live.
As noted in May’s update, all other functionality in Producer Center will be operational during the blackout period, including commissions payments and reporting.
The new system will accommodate registration for administrative staff who may manage commissions and reporting for your firm. The system is designed to save you time and give you and your staff more control to initiate and actively manage your business and licensure with us, access enhanced commissions reporting and more easily track your payments.
We look forward to introducing this new experience to you in September. Until then, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact your account representative.
May update
In last month’s Producer News (below), we shared our plans to update our agent onboarding and appointment capabilities this year. We also mentioned a blackout period that will be required for successful transfer of data to the new system.
The blackout period will be from June 23 to Sept. 13, 2025. During this time, agent appointment and onboarding will not be available, but starting mid-September, there will be enhanced functionality to onboard even faster.
All other functionality in Producer Center will be operational during the blackout period, including commissions payments and reporting.
We will provide you access to comprehensive training before the new system launches to ensure you can begin using it when it goes live.
We are committed to supporting you and your staff and ensuring business continuity during the blackout period. Please work with your account representative for help with any questions or requests you may have.
April 29, 2025
As we announced in 2024, we’re adding new self-service workflows in Producer Center to optimize our commissions payment processes and reporting functionality.
Our new, enhanced system will integrate industry-leading technology powered by trusted industry partner SAP. It will deliver to you and your staff more control to initiate and actively manage your business with us, access enriched reporting and easily track your commissions payments. The new system integrates multifactor authentication for enhanced security and accommodates registration for administrative staff who may manage commissions and reporting for your firm.
To enable a thorough and accurate transition to the new system, we will temporarily pause agent appointment and onboarding for approximately 60 days later this summer. All other functionality in Producer Center will be operational during the blackout period, including commissions payments and reporting.
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before the blackout period. Meantime, we encourage you to consider onboarding new agents as early as you can.
During the blackout period, we will provide you access to comprehensive training to ensure you can begin using the new system when it goes live.
We are committed to supporting you and your staff and ensuring business continuity during the pause. Please work with your account representative for help with any questions or requests you may have.
